What Flat Roofing Systems Do You Work With?
Courtland Roofing works with single-ply flat roofing membranes, mainly TPO and EPDM, along with modified bitumen. TPO has a reflective white surface that suits Utah's summer sun and takes heat load off the building. EPDM is a rubber membrane that handles our temperature swings without becoming brittle. Modified bitumen is a durable, lower-cost choice for the smaller flat sections you find over a porch or a garage. Which one suits your roof depends on its size, its drainage and how much foot traffic it gets.
