We begin by identifying where water moves and where it remains on the roof; we also check the membrane, roof base, seams, edges and roof openings before deciding what needs work.

• Install the membrane: We place and secure the membrane according to the requirements of the chosen system; TPO seams are heat welded, while EPDM and modified-bitumen seams use compatible system-specific methods.
• Detail drains and roof openings: We detail the membrane around drains, vents, pipes, curbs, walls and rooftop equipment; the detail has to stay watertight where the flat roof is interrupted.
