• Attic ventilation: We check whether the attic has enough airflow. Poor ventilation can trap heat and moisture and can contribute to winter ice problems.

We photograph the shingles, flashing, roof openings and attic, including any wear or damage we identify. In the written report, we include the photographs, describe the roof's condition and whether replacement appears to be approaching and list any repairs we recommend.
