My insurance company gave me the name Coury at Courtland Roofing to bid on replacing my roof. Coury came right out and gave me a competitive bid. I had three other roofing companies bid as well. Coury made it very clear that he wanted to earn my business and when all the bids came in, he made Cortland roofing the best bid. No surprises with the final cost. His roofing crew members were very friendly, respectful, positive and hard workers. They cleaned up very nicely afterward. Same with the gutter crew very respectful and very positive. Courtland Roofing did a great job walking me through the steps of my roof replacement. They were clean and very quick at completing the job. I have never had a contractor leave a job so clean. You could not even tell they had been here. No old shingles, nail ms or and debris anywhere. Definitely recommend!

Coury @Courtland Roofing was so helpful in facilitating the replacement of my roof. He advocated on my behalf with the insurance adjuster when they were trying to deny my claim. He was sincere and kind to work with and genuinely tried to give me the best deal he could….it sounds corny, but it felt like I was working with an old friend throughout the process. The end result turned out great and I would definitely call Coury if I were replacing another roof in the future.

We are impressed with this company. The owner, Cory is professional and communicated every detail as the job progressed. As a retired engineer, my husband used to be in construction, so he knows the business. Unlike most construction we have dealt with in the past, Courtland roofing crews were there every day until the job was done. And a quality job is what we got. My husband was on the roof daily checking it out. They made sure all the rotting wood was replace, which was more than anticipated. It was shocking what was hiding under our shingles! Our new roof looks great, and increases the value of our property. We highly recommend Courtland Roofing if you are looking for repairs or replacing your roof.

Coury and his team are true professionals. They removed the old shingles and had the new ones installed in a day and a half!! The quality was incredible. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to deal with these guys. There was zero pressure to sign the deal like I felt from other roofing companies. Don’t go anywhere else for your roofing job.

I enjoyed every bit of my experience with Courtland Roofing. Not only did they do a high-quality job on our roof and gutters, but the people were a joy to work with. Our roof was damaged during a storm and Coury helped liaison with my insurance company to make sure we were taken care of, and tracked down the right shingles for a picky family before it started to snow.

My house is in a 25 year old neighborhood. I've been watching the houses getting re-shingled. Courtland re-shingled a neighbors house. It was a quality, quick and clean job. So I had Courtland re-shingle my house. With professional communication and scheduling, the quality of the job, and the thoroughness of cleanup, I am very satisfied. And it only took 9 1/2 hours from start of tear-off to the crew's exit.

Tally and his team are awesome! We hired Tally to do our roof and redo our siding. From beginning to end, they did incredible work and went above and beyond. The roof (teardown and install) was done in a single day! The siding took a bit longer (due to weather and supply issues) but was well worth the wait. The teams were respectful of our property and my family. They took great care of everything. They were honest, responsive, and the quality of the work was top notch! I've already referred them to several friends and neighbors and plan on having them back for some other small jobs. Thank you Tally and team!!

You can’t tell from the name, but these guys also do Stucco. We had our windows replaced and the part I was dreading was the stucco being pulled back and replaced. But these guys were amazing. They came before hand and set up scaffolding and made sure we had our house sealed up again before bad weather hit. They did a beautiful color match on our house and even patched up the foundation and trim. Our house looks brand new! I’m so glad we went with Courtland and we would do it again.

We came to work with Tali and the Crew to repair stucco on a recommendation from those doing our windows. We couldn't have been happier. Right from the beginning, it was clear they knew what they were doing, yet the were keenly interested in being sure it was what we wanted. They were patient with us, they listened to us, and they followed up and rectified concerns in a timely fashion. The cost was significantly lower than bids we had previously received. When the stucco was removed around the windows, it was clear there was some pretty extensive water damage. These guys didn't hesitate to give me the bad news, full transparency, and get about making it right. They made it far better than the original contractors work. I'd hire them again. I'd refer family and friends to them.

Courtland's team, led by Tally Lloyd did fantastic work on our home. In our case, they removed, and then replaced the stucco around our windows when we had new ones installed. Their crew worked efficiently and didn't waste a lot of time standing around. They got right on the job, both in the removal and the replacement. And the best part-- the color matches EXACTLY! We couldn't be happier with the work done by Courtland Exteriors!

Residential Siding and Paint project. Good communications with manager, good crew, hard working and diligent. job went very well even in bad weather, they worked when ever they could to get it done.

Tally was referred to us by Jordan at Advanced Windows to help us with new siding, painting our brick, new soffit, fascia and gutters...a major exterior face-lift. Tally and his team were simply fantastic! Even before our custom-windows were installed (beautifully) Tally had given us a quote, his designer sent us AI renderings of different styles and colors on our house and then he sent his crew to strip our old siding and prepare the house. The board and batten siding is beautiful and they painted our ugly brick to transform our home. Tally kept us informed and sent a supervisor to check on work progress every day workers were here! We wanted custom pine posts in the front and they stained them in a warm, gorgeous color. The finished product is even better than we envisioned! Couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship, clean-up and great communication! Everyone worked so hard to make sure we were pleased with each step. We have friends who had bad experiences with other contractors, so we were delighted with this level of timely, conscientious service!
